Chrysalis Wellness Services offers:
Pathway 1 Supervision: For newly graduated psychologists with probationary registration with the QLD Psychologists Registration Board, we offer a structured 2-year supervision program covering all the competencies required for full registration. Our competency-based modules are designed to extend your theoretical understanding of a range of psychological practices, as well as opportunities to gain hands-on experience conducting psychological assessments and working with brief interventions with clients and small groups in the private practice. For further information please contact Dr Kate Lemerle on 3818 2639. Intern Psychologist Supervised Practice Program (SPP)The SPP (Pathway 1) provides for intern psychologists to gain full registration by completing a minimum 2-year approved practice program in the workforce under formal supervision by an accredited registered psychologist. Requirements of this program are:
Arrangements for supervision are flexible depending on the needs of the organisation, and can be provided to staff either onsite or at our centre, and individually or in small-group format. Fees may be paid by the employer, or by the intern, and are payable on a sessional basis or by an agreed arrangement. Please note that interns will be provided with the opportunity to conduct psychological assessments and consultations with clients attending this private practice and may be eligible for payment of $40 per hour for fee-paying appointments.
Supervision & Mentoring for Practicing CoachesCoaching is currently an unregulated industry in Australia, which means anyone can call themselves a coach - life coach, executive coach, etc. As a member of the International Coach Federation, our aim is to offer the highest standards possible to ensure the credibility and professionalism of this growing industry. To help with this, we offer a structured 12-month professional supervision program based on ICF competencies for new coaches, and ongoing supervision (case management) or mentoring for coaches who realise the benefits of regular support from a senior practitioner.
Employee Counselling ServicesFrom time to time, employees experience circumstances in their personal lives, or events at work, that strains their usual work performance. Such circumstances can often be resolved efficiently by calling on an external consultant to provide counselling. We offer Employee Assistance Programs on a contractual basis (minimum 3 sessions per staff member) for individual staff members or for work teams where performance may be an issue, as well as Critical Incident Debriefing for individual staff or teams. Further details (such as our confidentiality conditions) are available on request.
Please note that all supervision services provided away from our office incur a travel fee of $135 per hour pro rata. |
